Interconnect designs and manufactures wiring harnesses and assemblies for the electronics and electrical industries. We specialize in high quality, low-to-high volume, custom assemblies delivered to meet our customers time requirements. Each and every assembly is functionally tested and quality assured by one of our manufacturing teams, providing our customers with the highest possible confidence and on-time delivery. Our engineering review/quoting process coupled with our specialty equipment, provides us with the unique ability to manufacture parts that other assembly operations can only purchase from distributors, thus giving us a price advantage for our customers.

Though we have the latest in wiring technology equipment, it is our manufacturing teams that provide our custom assemblies with the highest quality available anywhere. The work ethic of our manufacturing people is steeped in the traditions and culture of our North Carolina mountains. Simply stated, we pride ourselves with the manufacture and testing to meet or exceed our customer’s standards. And, we follow quality standards using IPC/WHMA-A-620 and Martin Marietta Workmanship Standards, and have targeted ISO 9001 for our future.

Interconnect is fully capable of providing custom table top box builds and custom connectors that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. All completed products are inspected and tested before shipping according to strict quality assurance guidelines that are established according to vendor and customer specifications.

Interconnect's tooling facility is primarily AMP, Inc. along with other manufacturers such as AT&T, Seicor, Molex, 3M, Methode, JST, Amphenol, Standard Pneumatics, with the Artos CS33, CS26, CS336, PF-1, and C4 machine providing the wire processing capabilities.
